Refund Policy

At Pink Slip Detailing, LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the highest quality car detailing services, but we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

 

1. Service Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Re-performing the service at no additional charge

  • Offering a partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Note: Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered case-by-case based on the nature of the complaint.

 

2. Cancellations

 

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • 24+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee. A full refund will be issued if payment was made in advance.

  • Less than 24 Hours: A cancellation fee of [e.g., 25–50%] of the scheduled service may apply. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

 

b. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, you may forfeit any deposit or prepayment made. No refund will be issued.

 

3. Weather or Equipment-Related

Cancellations

If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule your appointment at no extra charge, or

  • Receive a full refund of any prepayment made

 

4. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the original card

  • Cash payments will be refunded in person or applied as a credit for future services

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

 

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or prepaid packages (unless required by law)

  • Travel fees or special add-ons already rendered

  • Charges for services completed and approved at the time of service
