  • Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where service was not performed or not provided to an acceptable standard, at our discretion.

  • While we take the utmost care during service, Pink Slip Detailing, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage due to structural issues with the vehicle.

  • We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle.
